A lot of doctors offer this. A few years ago I got an appointment with a small doctors office in ploenchit took about 30 mins, asked questions checked me over and walked away with cert.

I always had about 10-12 English speaking channels (mostly news or US, rather than British) but it was decent enough variety. Few Asian music channels that are in English too

I taught in Chon Buri , I loved it. But like others have said, there is no shortage of jobs, there will always be schools/ kindergartens recruiting English teachers. It may be difficult to get your teaching license, due to the travel required maybe...? Or the right visa requirements. I'd wait personally.
