If you get a new passport and then the Visa. Why would it cause problems . How long before your passport expires ?

I have been doing my reporting manually for over 12 months. I report to immigration at Sakhon Nakhon. I live in Kalasin its a long drive just for 5 minutes reporting so i thought i would try online reporting. I think you could be right about some offices dont allow it . I have been trying to call them to find out but no one is piciking the phone up. Thanks for your advice
