TLDR : Answer Summary
A user encountered an issue with online 90-day reporting for Thai immigration, receiving a notification to contact their local immigration office after submitting the form. Commenters noted that not all offices support online reporting and that a manual report may be required if it's the first report or if there's a new passport.

Have you done your first 90 day report manually? Also not all immigration offices allow online 90 day reporting.

I also believe if you have a new passport, you need to do a manual one first on the new passport.

That maybe why you cannot do it online. If you count today, the 20th is 16 days away. You can only do it 15 days before.

I'm not familiar with that office. Perhaps someone will confirm if it's possible there to do it online?

Hi
@R**
I have been doing my reporting manually for over 12 months. I report to immigration at Sakhon Nakhon. I live in Kalasin its a long drive just for 5 minutes reporting so i thought i would try online reporting. I think you could be right about some offices dont allow it . I have been trying to call them to find out but no one is piciking the phone up. Thanks for your advice
