Nope. There are zero restrictions on how many times a year you can visit. Regardless of what you’ll see people saying 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣. You are just at the mercy of immigration on the day. They are looking for patterns of people clearly trying to live here without the correct visa. You don’t sound like you’re doing that 👌🏽

Who says you can stay a max of 120 days a year?? Honestly why don’t people ever actually do any proper research instead listening to old Jimmy down the bar 🙄. There are no actual limits on how many days a year you can stay here. None. Nada. Having said that…. If they see a pattern that appears to show you are trying to ‘live’ here. Then yeh, you’re likely to get refused or at least told to get a long term visa.

In actual day to day terms… has that really changed things here for ex pats. Of course it hasn’t. Cos the one thing that’ll never change is ‘money talks’. Bounce in and out this country as many times as you like…. If you pay the right person 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s no actual limit.. you’re at the mercy of the immigration officer you get on the day. It’s that simple. But as with everything here. Money talks. Pay an agent and you can do as many visa runs as you like. Not changed in years 🤷🏻‍♀️
