Yes, you can apply again and pick up from where you left. If you change schools make sure you have the transcripts from the older one. This is what they told me at one of the better schools in Bangkok when I returned to the country and asked them if I can get another ED visa

There is no ETA, not even an announcement as to when it will be implemented in the future.

The hundreds of posts that we received in all the Thailand travel FB pages already prove that their premature announcement of the ETA was a disaster.

It has been mentioned here countless times. There are no rules. In my opinion if you spent more than 4 months last year on visa exemptions there is no guarantee that you will be allowed in.

At least do yourself a favor and enter by land, so in case you get denied you can at least walk back to the country you came from, whereas if you get denied at the airport the process is more complicated

it’s stupid actually because they wouldn’t need all these check points if they would actually create a rule mentioning how long you are allowed to stay as a tourist on a visa, or visa exempt.

A rule is not a rule unless it is clear enough for anyone to know whether they are breaking it or not.

I see no reason to apply for a visa if I can get two visa exempt entries a year. If they want us to apply for visas they should specify how many days a year we can stay visa exempt.

Unlimited is Cambodia/Vietnam in theory and in practice. In Thailand only on paper, but in practice they deny them left and right. The bars in Cambodia are full of people in this situation
