Thanks m8. Nope. No issues. Thai embassy in London issued my visa with no problem. I had to provide lots of documentation but it wasn't at all stressful.

either or TBH. Both achieve the same result. Your 60 days begin on your entry and end 60 days later. You have 90 window to use your 60 day visa.

I think you are mistaking 60 day visa as in thats how long it last from when it is issued. UK residents can stay 30 days visa free. No longer.

If you're coming from the UK you can stay 30 days without a visa. Anymore than 30 days you have to apply for an extension. Cheers

0 thb. I leave my pension in my Chase a/c. They don't charge for spending abroad. I just use the ATM's. Charge of 220thb each time but it's reasonable. Good luck with your dream.
