I had that problem last year so I phoned the embassy in London, I explained the problem and the lady took my payment by credit card. Try your application again on a laptop or pc, the layout is better, I did this last Monday and had no problems.

Thanks everyone. I eventually turned my phone horizontal and found the right button. It seems to have gone now🤦🤦
PC should be fine. I did mine last week, approved in 5 days, but I got a message at the end suggesting payment had not gone through. I left it, but all was OK.

Same thing happening to me recently. I was using the Safari browser. I change for Google Chrome and then it went well.

Takes awhile to catch up. I had log out and log back in quite a few times. Very slow but it caught up with itself eventually.
