No you do not report income every 180 days. Your tax return is completed in the following tax year. If you were tax resident and had assessable income in 2925 you woukd submit your tax return by March 31st 2026. The only time you would have any contact with the revenue office this year if you were newly tax resident would be to request a TIN but thst coukd also be done early 2026.

It is very difficult to open bank accounts as a foreigner in Thailand these days without certain visas. The DTV is not one of those visas. You have 2 options basically 1) Go branch to branch and eventually if very lucky you may get an account 2) pay a fee to an agent but even that is difficult these days

I would just pay an agent the 650 THB to do the 90 Day for you. All rolled into one.

Unfortunately it usually means you have to reapply with the subsequent application fee.

At the moment immigration do nkt seem to be making any checks on attendance or ongoing courses at entry. Until they do then do not worry. Deal with it if it ever arises. Right now it is not an issue.

Yes the retirement might need cancelling. For me to move from O Retirement to a B the O had to be cancelled first. Then Embassy woukd not accept the B application with my O still being valid. No idea if different for DTV. If you leave on O without re-entry permit though it is cancelled.

I cannot see any issue. There have been plenty of others moved from Retirement to DVT.
