How do I handle TM30 registration without a lease contract in Bangkok?

Apr 28, 2025
I have been staying in Bangkok with DTV for a month now. When I arrived, i immediately did my TM30 with an agent since they told me to do it within 24hrs. Currently i am staying at my one of my relatives property who are also foreigners with no lease contract. How do i do TM30 with no lease contract. Or should i just pay once every 3 month with an agent. (300baht). Will it be a problem when i do my tm47? Thanks in advance 🙏

You really don't need another TM30 filed unless you want to do some business at immigration. If you have a primary residence then file there despite where you travel around to within Thailand

I just rented a condo here on a 12 month lease and my landlord filed the TM30 for me. Do I need to have them re-file each time I leave Thailand and come back?

I would just pay an agent the 650 THB to do the 90 Day for you. All rolled into one.

Anonymous participant 377 The landlord should do it for free. He is staying with friends. Why should the agent do it for free?
