What is the visa application fee and process for applying for a DTV visa for myself and my daughter in Thailand?

Seems about the right amount per person. Prices can differ per embassy but I believe I paid about 350 euros.

The single entry could refer to the fact that every time you exit and enter the country, your 180 days start counting at 0 again.
