Is it true that Bangkok Bank closes accounts for DTV visa holders?

I’ve had a krungsri account for 7 years while on a non-O and then switched to a DTV earlier this year. Got the alert on my mobile banking app to come in and do the face scan again so I did, and I also updated my address in Thailand and a new passport number. The lady at the bank didn’t care, and just processed everything without looking at my visa.
