as you are from Luxemburg you need to use the thai embassy in Brussels as this one is responsible for people from Luxemburg as well so you need to get the document from them.

And if it doesn't work just go to the bank with your bankbook and passport saying you lost your card. They'll block it and give you a new one done in 5 min.

don't worry about what other people say Peter. You know how the system works... 16 years. Even tm30 doesn't have to be done. All is fine if you know how. Cheers mate. Some people still don't get it after 10 years and I am not going to explain it to them again.

No need to do tm30... why do you still keep doing this...tm30 is for the landlord. If not done. The fine goes to the landlord. People keep doing things you shouldn't be doing.... paper work in Thailand can be a mess if you don't know what you are doing so why start doing things like tm30 which is something you DON'T have to do... don't start doing things you think you should do...
