Turkmenistan is open. Try getting to Japan unless you have a legitimte Japanese company sposored business trip or family. The only option now a guided tour "resembling a visit to North Korea" what has attracted 252 people since June 10!

My experience is US only. You must pay for one full year of insurance in advance to even apply for the O-A Visa.

90 day report has nothing to do with your visa and it is free. I have an O-A for some years. Never did a 90 day report because I never stayed over 90 days in Thailand!

Shipping a car internationally(did several times on Matson lines)nothing can be stored in the vehicle. Maybe if you do a full container/ own container. If you ever see it again in Thailand you will pay 2 to 3 times more than just buying a car. Then you have to register it. A ridiculous idea.
