What documentation do I need for traveling to America regarding COVID-19 vaccinations?

Good afternoon, traveling to America for two weeks soon. As far as I’m aware, all I should need is proof of vaccination? I have the Thai Vaccine Passport... is this all I will need? No apps or regestrations?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers to America may need proof of vaccination, but personal experiences suggest that documentation is often not requested upon arrival. It's advisable to check with the airline for potential forms, but overall, many travelers report minimal to no requirements.

Last December 31, I went to the US. I needed nothing. Airline asked me to fill out some paperwork but nobody asked me for the paperwork. Airline also wanted to see my vaccine record, but nobody in the US asked for it. I doubt things have gotten worse.

No apps or registrations but there is a online locator form the airline can provide.

I went in May. No one ever asked for any proof of vaccination or anything else.
