get it whenever u want deal with immigration AFTER you have ur extension ( same day if you wish) OR at the airport on ur way out of country 1st time<

gets u ur 90 day + 1 year extension . so 15 months total

IF u have the 800,000 in a bank go to the embassy in Vientiane for single entry NON O

obviously Nong Khai doesn;t do conversions

SO if u use an agent it wont be thru Nong Khai immigration
