He needs a migrant Non L-A visa, which allows him a wp and thai health card

I just paid fees for a khmer ( 6,500 baht) for Visa extension, wp an health card renewal<

fees are much lower this year

Thailand needs migrant labor and no restrictions unlike a regular Non B visa

You clear immigration in phuket on the 2nd if ur on a fly thru ticket, so technically u have left thailand and only transiting in Bangkok

if ur home country License is valid and in English you only watch the 1 hour video, color, brake test>

NOTE if u want a motorcycle license ur home country must show ur valid to ride one
