What should I do if my Thai Pass application keeps getting rejected despite following the instructions?

I thought by now they would fix the app so it would allow you to upload multiple documents and pdf documents That's a basic requirement but they are asking you to upload JPEGs that is the stupidest application ever.. probably written by totally unqualified people
