What should I do if my Thai Pass application keeps getting rejected despite following the instructions?
Having issues with Thai pass , rejected first submission they said I didn’t attach passport but I totally did ! Resubmitted again , they want jpeg correct ? That’s what it says on site , I will try one more time but if rejected then straight to Cambodia as I’m sure they love my money there.
Summary so far
The user is facing repeated rejections of their Thai Pass application due to documentation issues, despite believing they have correctly submitted their passport. Comments from other users suggest practical solutions including taking screenshots of documents, ensuring submissions are in JPEG format, and clarifying upload requirements (e.g., single page vs. double page). Several users share their positive experiences and advice on how to successfully navigate the application process. The discussion reflects frustrations with the application system and hints at a potential shift to alternative travel plans.

If you follow the clear photo examples of what they ask for, piece of piss.

did you take photo of just the single data page and not 2 pages of the open book as they request?

Make sure the file extension is .jpg If its .jpeg might not work for them, hence the issue.

Ensure you upload your QR Codes separately to your vaccine cert as that is an option. Got my Thai pass within ten minutes. All in JPEG, can add the PDF’s at the end for belt & braces.

Enjoy Cambodia...but you will need their visa too.

I thought by now they would fix the app so it would allow you to upload multiple documents and pdf documents That's a basic requirement but they are asking you to upload JPEGs that is the stupidest application ever.. probably written by totally unqualified people

better yet, stop the nonsense with all these registration requirements, require Vaccination papers ok, the rest, forget it! I don't know of a single country right now participating with thise crap, and if they want millions to arrive like before, then that is the only solution.

I feel your frustration but Cambodia beaches are pretty nil. Hang in there it will work out. I’ve not heard one soul say they had to cancel their flight because they didn’t get TP in time.

If it got rejected obviously you didn’t follow exactly how they wanted the paperwork I had no issues and submitted two different times and got approved both times 👊

Did you upload photo page only ? They don't want the double page

will do that If they reject application , I just did screen shot of passport now , I scanned it before but had 2 pages so maybe that’s the issue

Same for me, I'd uploaded my covid insurance but they wanted it again. 🤔

Take a photo of your documents then screenshot shot the photo you have taken that automatically turns it into a jpeg for you
