Now I can stay legally until 15th Nov. I was Stamped into the thailand at the airport January this year. Done notifications of address in time.

so, because I am one week late for seasoning the money for 2 months, can I just apply first for 90 days non-o and then 1 year non-O after that?

You can only go to Laos from Nongkhai if you get a visa from a Lao Consulate in advance, and they will require a medical certificate for you to get one.
