A multi-entry visa allows you a 90 day stay, after that you could extend by 60 days at immigration 'to visit wife', or do a border bounce and get another 90 day entry.

Be aware as he just said, the new passport may come in one day, but the old one (which you need) may not. You have to stress to them that you need both.

You can only do a TM30 at the police station if there is NO immigration office that services where you live, (totally unlikely), and you sure can't get a cert of residence from the police station.

I have never had an under consideration period for employment at a non-BOI ? (Though I am not Bkk based).

90 day reporting is done EVERY consecutive 90 days that you are in country. So if you don't leave the country you will do about 4 per year. If you leave the country, then the 90 days starts again on your entry to the country.

90 day reports are separate from extensions. But it is strange that your IO did not do your 90 day report after they gave you a new extension.

Not a clue what you are on about, but, a consulate will be wary of issuing a second Non-B to an employee.

The problem will be that the first Non-B will have been annotated with the employers name, and any consulate is gonna ask why it was not extended.
