great. The biggest application I handled for Australia involved a Thai that had been deported for not being in a de facto marriage. It looked that way because her husband's illness developed after 4 years together, prevented them from living together

- only together 3 days a week ( work commitments of the lady). Long story. I produced doctors reports, information of medication, testaments from close friends etc. Took me 6 weeks to get everything ready to present to Australian immigration. She was approved for settlement but they deliberated for a year. My closing statement was to ask Australian immigration if a terminally ill citizen was hospitalised to receive palliative care preventing a couple being together, would this be considered a non de facto relationship. Incidentally, the husband was critically ill. Very sad because they were a genuine couple fighting his illness and separation.
The application is made via Australian ImmiAccount. They will guide you with regards what documents you need. The decision can take up to 1 year for a settlement visa. Pm me.
