I don’t think so but honestly, I’m not 100% sure. Best to try it during Thai office hours, if possible. Although, I got through lunchtime U.K. time. That’s possibly why I had to wait minutes on hold. When you get to the annoying music part, just keep holding.

Speak slowly and clearly, their English isn’t great and use A for Apple, B for banana etc and say “the number 1, the number 2”, when giving email address.
