What are the best ways to contact the Thailand Pass support via phone?

Are we doing something wrong. Based in the UK and my phone doesn't even let me call them, using any number on website or given in this group! Anyone else had this?

I couldn't catch my flight 2 weeks ago and the Thailand Pass phone is never answered. My advice is to call your nearest consulate, they have direct contact with the government in Thailand and they can put pressure to make the change.
