What are the best ways to contact the Thailand Pass support via phone?
Is anybody having any luck with the contact telephone numbers for the Thailand Pass
Not getting any joy at all, tried all 4 numbers over the last 1 hour and 30 minutes and I’m getting nowhere
All the numbers they are speaking Thai even when you press 9 for English
And none of the commands seem to work to get you to the correct department

i can get through on the numbers just can’t get past the Thai speaking. The email I’ve tried off different email accounts and haven’t had a reply in weeks

Contact to the nearest consulate of Thailand.
I couldn't catch my flight 2 weeks ago and the Thailand Pass phone is never answered. My advice is to call your nearest consulate, they have direct contact with the government in Thailand and they can put pressure to make the change.

OPI don’t know when you all last rang these number, but all I get is the Thai version, at the beginning it says in English for English press 9, when you press 9 nothing happens and then the hole pre recorded message starts playing from the beginning again on a loop

Press 9 for English and then option 2 for the next part. Hold for approx 25/30 minutes. You need to be patient and then you will get through. Speak slowly and clearly, their English isn’t great and use A for Apple, B for banana etc and say “the number 1, the number 2”, when giving email address. It’s a frustrating call but you should get through it. The magic number to use is +6622035000.

I don’t think so but honestly, I’m not 100% sure. Best to try it during Thai office hours, if possible. Although, I got through lunchtime U.K. time. That’s possibly why I had to wait *****

how's it going? I finally got +6622035000 to work yesterday on Skype, think I selected 9 twice in the end to get english. After a hour on hold she said she couldn't help with Thai Passes for Phuket Sandbox (gave me other numbers but they don't work). Hope you're having better luck!**********

hi Charlotte yes I got it all sorted and have received my updated Thailand pass but unfortunately I had to pay an agency in Bangkok to do it for me, I was getting stressed out every day ringing the same numbers for hours so in the end that was my only option but it was expensiveAdam ********

Pattaya, they are the number on the Thailand pass website, they don’t state on the website if there for Bangkok Phuket or where everParas ********
