I applied 13 days ago for Thai Pass. No news. I've emailed them 4 times. I called the phone number 50 times and nobody picks up. Is this the right number for Thai Pass for Phuket Sandbox? Is there another number or way to deal with this? I leave in 5 days...

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking assistance regarding an unprocessed Thailand Pass application submitted 13 days ago for the Phuket Sandbox, just 5 days prior to travel. Despite multiple emails and calls, there has been no response. Users in the comments provide various suggestions: using a specific phone number (+6622035000) and instructions to navigate the call options, checking application status online with the reference number provided after submission, and experiences of others regarding the lengthy response times. Some recommend emailing support directly and outline options for expedited processing through third-party services.

Pay them $100. They rush your pass in a day. Not a scam. Just saved my ass.

The latest on entering Thailand. The Thai Government announced on Jan/
****
that if you’re holding a Thailand Pass and entering Thailand on or before January 15 you may still take advantage of the Test and Go Program when arriving in Bangkok. In addition, the Phuket Sandbox Program remains available to travelers with international flights arriving at HKT. The Phuket Sandbox allows you to freely travel around Phuket once you receive a negative PCR test result administered on arrival (typically within a few hours). After 7 nights on the island, and following a second negative test result you are free to travel within Thailand. We expect further news, including possible expansion of the Sandbox program to other areas of Thailand, within the next week or so.

there is no cutoff date anymore so everyone holding an approved Thailand pass can come as they applied for but they will need to take 1 extra Rt-Pcr test.

Wrong!!!!!

Those who have received a Thailand Pass QR code will be allowed to enter Thailand under the Test & Go program over the next few days, and the last group of approved Test & Go travellers will arrive on January 15. Those travellers will need to undergo two RT-PCR tests, one on arrival and another by their seventh day in Thailand.

1st number worked for me today. But you have to keep calling back. If they say you will get email in 15min and you don't keep calling. Finally approved 3 weeks later

Check your status on the thai pass web page. After you filled your application was successfully received you were given a number. Use this reference number to check your status. The button is on the opening page of thai pass application

Did you upload your vaccine QR codes separately? It processes within minutes if you do.

You have to stay on hold for approximately 25/30 minutes. Be patient! This is the magic number: +6622035000. You will hear instructions in Thai… first press 9 for English (it doesn’t make it English lol) and then option 2. Hold for 25/30 and you will get through. Speak slowly and you should be sorted within a couple of hours after the call.

Thailand is +66 country code.

I think you might need to drop the leading zero on those numbers and add +66.
