total nonsense. The US has a comparable rate of deaths per capita, over 8x the number of total deaths, 13x the total number of cases, and a 30% higher number of deaths per million. And the US is reputed to have food health care. I dispute that contention adamantly.

But, Colombia is high, being 11th in the world with nearly 1.8 million cases. Not a proud record at all.

For those of us who are already here, happy to be here in Thailand. Would I jump through the hoops, if I was not here. Likely not. Thailand IS NOT the center of the known universe.

I feel bad for the aviation industry. Worldwide. However, the only part of it I feel bad for in the US, is the employees. I feel for a decade or longer, they have been rotten eggs. Gouging us for luggage, selecting seats, changing dates, etc. Very opportunistic. So, my sympathy for them is very limited. Perhaps more humility, and better customer service lies within their future?

I am married to a Thai woman. So, I qualify. If I am willing to subject myself to a 14 day jail sentence. Quarantine. And the expense. Not worth it. Better to stay for now.
