EDIT: all about HMC: They didn’t seem interested in your income or how long you have a million bhat.

Some embassy’s want proof of 6 months - but seems to be account existing - rather than having the money.

If I hadn’t had the money myself. Would have asked a friend or family to borrow it.

I would get a wriggle on. It’s not going to stay this good for long is my guess. Hope it does. But be careful and hurry up! .

- About 2 weeks before I travelled. I couldn’t get an appointment in Laos so went to HMC.

Just a statement or print out from your internet banking. No stamp needed.

I used my Wise account and my UK ISA.

- they were more concerned about the final balance. I printed out a 1 page statement that covered 6 months (as that’s what my account statement does). So I can’t be sure if they needed the 6 months.
