Is 25,000 baht a fair price for repairing an old wood pavilion in Chanthaburi, Thailand?

Seems a bit pricey, but it depends on what needs replacing, wood is real expensive now, and these hard times are seeing virtual double pricing stupidly. But if someone does a really good job, proper standard then it could be 10-15k... put an ice bucket on the table filled with beer and the price might go down a bit...best of luck
