ORIGINAL POSTERHi all! This old wood pavilion is in need of extensive repair. Water and infestation has caused the damage. Got a quote today for complete repair of 25000b. Any ideas is this a fair price? I see you can buy new for around 30000b. In chanthaburi East Thailand anyone know how to find joiners?

ORIGINAL POSTERI am an Australian passport holder and have a Thai wife who lives with me in Australia, I am approaching retirement and we are planning to visit Thailand annually for periods of no more than six months . My wife owns a house in Chanthaburi.It has probably been covered before but what is the least hassle visa for me ?
