Technically arrived on visa exempt 60days extend for another 30days at immigration and do a border bounce ( make sure u use those agents for border bounce and after screening your passport they ether take you Or say no due to your history)

not really without anything u might want to bring cash 20k baht with u just in case the officers want to check

TDAC is just a arrival form starting on 01may it does not decide the numbers of days u can stay in thailand.....the immigration officers are the ones who decide 30 or 60 due to the latest operation standard order they received.......just in case you are being stamp 30days u still can extend it for another 30days at the immigration office near you for 1900baht

ED visa doesn't makes opening a bank acct easier many have problems opening one with DTV as wel... even agents are saying NO due to the latest cramp down on misuse accts...
