what a load of BS when does immigration have this condo owners stamp? I have a yellow book on my property pls tell me what stamp is the immigration going to give me? Accts are closed due to illegal activities not by visa, nationality show me proof from the bank not by any fake news poster on FB

illegal transactions on those accts had been found.....they are not going to close my acct base on me sending myself 65k every month.....They are closing accts base on illegal activities NOT accts opened with tourist visa some ppl just like to share wrong information to let ppl panic

U will get a stamp of entry when u enter thailand add 89days to that date and u will get your report date

I think you should get a METV to last you for 6mths until u are 50 and above and then apply for 90days nonO in thailand...can ignored the DTV assuming u already have thai bank acct sorted

A DTV is for 5yrs (180days per entry) apply outside of thailand needs to show 500k in foreign acct ....a retirement visa needs to have 800k sitting in a thaibank acct
