The best thing to do is to go to your immigration office and ask what is needed they may also give you a print out if you ask.

 some immigration offices require that yes. Some dont a day or 2 before is fine for some offices.

You can apply 30 days before at some immigration offices.

You will need copy of bank book print out the day you go to immigration and a letter from the bank stating the amount thats in your bank.

 At this point yes, but in general, if there was no covid 19 pandemic. The elite is the best visa.

The elite visa wont get you in to thailand at the moment, but its the best visa to have.

As stated above, you dont have a visa, you are on amnesty. Embassies are not giving out extension request letters anymore because of the amnesty.

You could go to a neighbouring country and apply for a single entry tourist visa.

But that is out of the window at the moment as borders are.closed.

What happens if you go past the 31st of july? Say until the end of august would that be 1 month overstay fine to pay?
