Does anyone know what certification is needed when applying for the DTV for medical reasons? Is it simply one letter of explanation and proof of appointment or do you have to spell out several months of treatment in a letter from the hospital or doctor?

I'm considering to apply for a DTV on the basis of a dentist appointment, regarding a crown procedure. Would a print of the appointment be enough to get approved?

Hi lovely people! I'm leaving Thailand in about 10 days to go apply for my DTV. I am trying to choose between Vietnam and Taipei. I would appreciate to hear anyone's personal experiences with either places.

I am in the process of applying for my Non-0 multiple entry visa. It's ok to submit all docs in either JPEG or PDF files? Also, I saw the notice when applying for visa below. Does this means that I have to call Thai Consulate in Los angeles for Non-O for authorization before applying for Non-O visa?

Attention : For Medical visas scheme (Tourist MT or Non Immigrant – O), the applicants are strictly advised to contact the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate General for authorization prior to their e-Visa application submission. Any unauthorized application submission under Medical visas scheme would be rejected and non-refundable.
