Can I use JPEG or PDF files for my Non-O multiple entry visa application, and do I need authorization from the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles?

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of applying for my Non-0 multiple entry visa. It's ok to submit all docs in either JPEG or PDF files? Also, I saw the notice when applying for visa below. Does this means that I have to call Thai Consulate in Los angeles for Non-O for authorization before applying for Non-O visa?

Attention : For Medical visas scheme (Tourist MT or Non Immigrant – O), the applicants are strictly advised to contact the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate General for authorization prior to their e-Visa application submission. Any unauthorized application submission under Medical visas scheme would be rejected and non-refundable.

Thank you

Are you applying for a Non O based on medical reasons? Then that's a clear yes. If your Non O is not for medical reasons, then only call if need help

yep, then no requirement. Personally we contacted our local consulate several times during the process to clarify everything. They were very helpful.
