Hi All, thinking about applying for a multiple-entry Non-Imm 'O' visa based on having a Thai child at a neighbouring Thai consulate? Are Savannakhet and HCMC still doing these? What are their requirements? Can I get a work permit whilst on this kind of visa?

* Canadian citizen, will enter on visa exempt. over 50 yrs, would like to stay for 2-3 months perhaps.

* upon arrival, can i apply for 90 days Non-Imm 'O?' If so, do I need to show proof of 800K in thai bank as part of this application ? OR is the 800K proof only when applying for the extended stays 1yr based on over 50yrs. (this 2nd part, the 1 yr extension I may or may not wish to apply for)

Hi, am applying for a Non-Imm 'O' retirement visa on the Ethaivisa site. Under supporting documents, it asks to show any international travel in the last year. What if there has been no international travel in the past year - so how can I show this? Not sure what to upload here. Anyone else been in the same situation ? Thanks

If you extend your yearly Non-Imm 'O' visa extension based on half-Thai kids in one part of the country, can you subsequently move to another province to work, if the opportunity arises, without having to change this visa extension?
