Hi, Came to Thailand on a 3 month single entry Non IMM 'O' family visa which expires March 12th, does anyone know if it's possible to get an extension, and what the requirements are?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of extending a 3-month single entry Non-IMM 'O' family visa which is set to expire. A commenter advised that a 60-day family visit extension is possible for first-time entries, suggesting the need for financial eligibility for a one-year extension after that or the option to leave to apply for another visa.

If its your first 90 days entry...you can apply for a 60 days family visit extension.

Beyond that either obtain the one year extension by meeting the financial requirements...

or leave....unless you can qualify for another visa/extension.
