Hi everyone!

Where can I apply for TM30 Form (Foreigner notification)?

Is it possible online (what's the website link)? If not, what's the Immigration address?

Thanks so much 🙏

Is it still required to do the TM30 form? I saw something online saying it isn’t but would like to double check. Finished quarantine yesterday and staying with my girlfriend. Would like to know if I need to speak to our landlord and let them know to do it.

Morning people...

So my friend has a question...

When she has finished her ASQ...

She has a friend who has said that she can stay with him... they are both French...

He is already renting an apartment for himself but told her she can stay with him...

What document does she need for this to be okey as her name won't be on his rental contract?... she is worried

Filing tm30 etc...

Anybody can help.. would be much appreciated 🙌

We (husband and I ) are on the road touring the MHS loop staying at varies guesthouses for three nights or so. I notice some guesthouses only make photocopy of my passport and not my husband’s.

Are the guesthouses supposed to register all guests and relate the info to immigration?

I read someone got fine because her landlord did not fill out the form for her or something.

We are US passport holders on Setv+30 days extension. We stayed the first two months + in the same condo in Chiangmai.

We want to do everything in accordance with the law so we don’t run into problems down the road. We already plan to come back in the future before we even leave the country.

Thanks.
