Hi everyone!

Where can I apply for TM30 Form (Foreigner notification)?

Is it possible online (what's the website link)? If not, what's the Immigration address?

Thanks so much ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 Form is typically handled by your accommodation provider, such as a landlord or hotel, which must register your arrival with the immigration authorities. While some landlords can submit the TM30 Form online after registering you, not all accommodations, especially smaller ones or certain Airbnb properties, may facilitate this. If you donโ€™t have a TM30, one suggestion is to book a cheap hotel for a night where they can process it for you. The specifics for submission can vary by immigration office, so itโ€™s recommended to check with your local immigration office for their requirements and whether online submission is possible.

I have been in smaller hotels where they did not do the TM30. Most Airbnb's wont do your TM30. I have leased condos and the landlord gives me the paperwork with the expectation that I do the TM30.

If you dont have a valid TM30 done for you already. I would check into a cheap hotel and have them do it for you. I have heard Pattaya immigration, has in the past, checked with the hotel that the guest is staying there and has not already checked you.

You could always book a cheap room for one night before going to immigration and ask the hotel for a copy of the TM30

Your landlord/hotel should register your arrival and be able to provide you with a copy.

When you need to submit, varies between immigration offices. Some its only after you arrive in country, other it's every new address, you'd need to ask your IO.

I stay with my girlfriend in Bangkok, she submits it, as my 'landlord'. We have to resubmit after we travel around Thailand as each hotel we stay in submit one stating we are staying there. When we didn't it caused an issue when I went for an extension, as my last TM30 was outside of Bangkok...

Your 'landlord' can do online easily online once they have registered

Thanks for sharing this. Yes, I stayed in Chiang Rai for a while, but now applying for covid extension visa in Bangkok. (Caused an issue) Now my Immigration asked for my TM30 before i can apply for extension

Should I asked our landlord here in Bangkok? Or where should I apply? Thanks so much

to submit your own TM30, counter B at Chaeng Wattana

Where you go for your covid extension depends on how you arrived.

With a 60 day tourist visa you need to go to Chaeng Wattana.

If arrived with a 30 day visa exemption, go to IT Square Laksi Plaza, 3rd FL.

your landlord needs to submit it normally. However it is possible to self file a TM30 in Bangkok.

If you need a TM30 your accommodation should provide.
