Hello guys, I need some help understanding this: do I need to translate and legalize documents to send to the embassy? My home country is Colombia and this procedure is not fully clear so, I am not sure how to proceed. Anyone with the same situation?

Hi, I'd like to get some advice concerning DTV visa: I am colombian, traveling for some months to Vietnam, do I have to apply for this visa at the consulate in Hanoi? what about the documents issued from my home country, do I need to translate them and then stamped on the embassy? it is not clear for me how to proceed with documentation.
