Hi, I'd like to get some advice concerning DTV visa: I am colombian, traveling for some months to Vietnam, do I have to apply for this visa at the consulate in Hanoi? what about the documents issued from my home country, do I need to translate them and then stamped on the embassy? it is not clear for me how to proceed with documentation. Thanks

You will apply online using the Thailand E-Visa website. If you are in Hanoi, or an area served by the Hanoi embassy, yes. Otherwise use Ho Chi Minh city. When you apply it will tell you which embassy to use. And yes I believe you have to have your documents in English (or Thai)
