What are the new requirements for SHA++ or SHA plus extra bookings for Thailand's Test and Go packages?

As Ray Bond pointed out this morning they are now asking for SHA ++ or SHA plus extra bookings for test and go packages.

This means they are already aligned with a hospital to do the testing.

Only guessing that people were just booking SHA plus hotels and no testing (looks cheaper)
