Hi everyone, I am about to apply for the extension of my second STV visa. Can I use my first TM30? (Although I have now moved to a new residence, and the landlord has also filled out TM30 online, but I don't have a paper copy now)

Does the TM30 need a copy too? thank you very much

I am going to extend my STV visa in mid March and currently collecting all my documents. While doing that I notice that I didn’t receive a ASQ certificate by the department of Disease control and only have my negative covid Test result. I entered Thailand in December thru the Test and Go scheme. After contacting my hotel they told me that they only give certificate to people who do 10 day quarantine and people from test and go don’t need it.

Is this true? Because it’s very much written in the STV extension documents list as a must and now I am very unsure. Has someone extended their STV and enter with test and go as well and did not have the Certificate? Should I be pressing the matter more with the hotel?

Hi all. Has anyone recently extended an STV. Do you still need Thai health insurance? I have covid and health insurance via another policy non Thai based. Is this enough I wonder. Any advice appreciated. Thank you

For the Thailand Special Tourist Visa (STV), can you extend your visa then leave Thailand and come back within the visa extension time frame without issue? Also, for the STV visa requirement of 3 months of rent purchased, does the entire 3 month rent have to be at the same building or can it be multiple rentals that cover the entire 3 month time frame?

I got my STV extension request approved today (Friday 8 October) and wanted to share my experience with you all.

I was worried for the past few months since the previous announcement said STVs were ending September 30, 2021, and I hoped to stay the full 9 months. The latest announcement said they were extending STV until September 2022, which is great news but I wasn't sure it would apply to me since I arrived on July 28.

Anyway, I went this morning to Chang Wattana, arrived at 8:45 am and was done before 10 am!

I had all my documents ready and printed as per the list I found here ([members only]).

Note: you must bring the receipt of payment for your ASQ hotel stay as well. The ASQ completion certificate will not suffice. There's a print and copy center downstairs if you need to do any last minute printing or even take your passport photo.

There were barely any people there in the morning, and I probably could have finished the whole process in 30-45 mins max, if I didn't have to print additional documents :)

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has came across any case of a person who entered Thailand on an STV, who subsequently secured a 60 day COVID extension (after utilising both the 90 day STV extensions)?

Just wanted to update everybody here... I asked a few days ago about extending an stv visa. I was told they would not extend past September 30th. I just want to confirm that I have indeed been granted my full 90 days that I was promised, taking me right up to October 30th and the officer at koh Samui immigration said I would also still be eligible to receive my next extension as well which will take me to February 2022...

Hi, may I ask where exactly can I extend my STV visa? I'm on my way in a taxi in BKK, I used to go to the government center in Chaeng Watthana, but the driver informed me now that the immigration center moves to Muang Thong Thani. Can somebody confirm? Thank you.

I would need your help today to know where I can extend my STV visa, and what paperwork to bring I saw Thai immigration only need tm7, 1900 baths, copy passport and some pictures.

Did anyone processed this extension of visa ?

I tried calling all the Immigration place I previously went but nothing look good so far
