Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has successfully applied for a DTV Visa (Soft Power/Muay Thai track) through the Royal Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv.
I’ve already secured all the documents from my gym in Bangkok (DBD, Camp License, and a 12-month Enrollment Letter) and I have strong financial proof (well over the 500k THB requirement).
I'm a bit nervous because I’ve heard about rejections in other embassies like Hanoi, so I wanted to ask:
1. Does anyone here have experience applying specifically in Tel Aviv for Muay Thai?
2. How strict are they compared to other locations?
3. If the documents are 100% complete, does it usually go smoothly, or should I expect a request for additional info?
After two rejections, I am trying again from Laos. I have my own company and I have a personal holding. I am employed by my personal holding.
Would you recommend applying as a remote worker ('you work remotely for an overseas company'), or applying as self-employed ('you own and operate your own registered business')?
I technically do both.
To fulfill the requirements for the DTV, you will need evidence including:
Company registration documents
Proof of business income (bank statements, tax returns)
Business presentation deck or website
Your current CV or resume
Business license or permits
Regarding the bank statements and tax returns, is there any minimal requirement? Do you have to at least earn a specific amount? And regarding tax returns, you just need to show the files of the last quarter?
Hi everyone, I’m applying DTV as a content creator in Phnom Penh and I applied on 5th Nov.
I have sent them requested documents and have no got a reply yet. In your experience, how long do they usually take and is it also possible that they reject or take longer time even though they don’t send you any emails?
Hi all! I have a question for you, I applied for the DTV visa which one of the requirements was to have 500k baht liquidity, so I attached the document the bank statement in which I certified that I have € 13,577 where on the day I applied 500k baht were worth € 13,545, my concern is that between yesterday and today 500k baht are now worth € 13,600 so it exceeds the threshold of my bank statement, my question is: could this thing cause my visa to be rejected? Thanks a lot!
My DTV is on "Pending Approval" who needs to do the approval ? Is it the Embassy itself or the MFA in Bangkok ? - if I am not wrong the first step is the Pending Document Check is done by the Embassy, but the next step is the Embassy or the MFA.
I wonder how many got rejected even having the "Pending Approval" just kinda stressed as we all pay the 350€ and no refund if pay online.
I'm just filling in the o-a muti entry visa online application and have hit a problem with the travel details section because, as yet, I haven't arranged flights or accommodation. Previously, the paper application form required an estimated date of arrival. Is there a way around this because if I book flights/accommodation and my visa application is rejected, I will have wasted my money.
Hi, does anyone have a recent experience of getting the 60 day tourist visa from Singapore? I have to leave by next Weds night. I'm desperate to avoid going to Laos. Can I go to Singapore instead?
