Hi,

Not sure if anyone has any good advice. I'm going to Ventiane soon to apply for an Ed visa. What I want to know is if I'm likely to get rejected.

I pretty much know the procedure, pay for course, wait for approval letter, that's not what I'm asking about.

Reasons I'm concerned about rejection? Laos is not my home country, I'm from the UK, and am in Thailand right now. And the other reason I'm concerned, I have entered Thailand three times this year. Since March I have spent about five months over here.

If you meet the criteria for the visa you will get it. As it's a new ED visa you also shouldn't have a problem entering Thailand with it, but be aware immigration aren't keen on people leaving Thailand and returning while they are meant to be studying
