A few updates for Korat immigration from my visit today. TM30 is required for applications. If you stay at a hotel in Korat for your TM30 you must show booking AND the booking must be 7 days or more. Leaving Thailand and returning to same address requires a new TM30 within 3 days of arrival in Korat. The TM30 fine is 800 baht for late submissions.
My Dtv application changed in the middle of filling it out. I’m not on drugs I’m 100% sure about this. There is now a new section asking “vehicle number” and it refilled in what I had to to a different question before which was the point of arrival. Anyway some other stuff changed too. Worth triple checking applications right now because I think this all happened during those outages on may 1st
Just visited phuket immigration for the latest list of documents for the Non O retirement visa. There seems to be a couple of changes from last year. Photo copy of every Thai stamp in passport, all photo copies of documents in portrait NOT landscape. Must update your Tm30 (address) at room 101 or drive through first on day of application. Bank statement from visa issue date.
This is a friendly reminder that immigration will be closed on:

I would venture to guess that if the test and go remains suspended that the flip side is that covid extensions are likely to be extended beyond jan 25th. My question is how long before previous "deadlines" were extensions to the deadline announced ?
