TLDR : Answer Summary
Recently, there have been changes to the document requirements for the Non-O retirement visa at Phuket Immigration. Key updates include the need for photocopies to be in portrait orientation, a photocopy of every Thai stamp in the passport, and an updated TM30 registration, which can also be done online. Additionally, applicants must provide a bank statement from the visa issue date and a Google Maps printout of their residence with latitude and longitude. It's essential to check local immigration offices for the most current requirements, as they can vary by region.
