 Thanks for the response. Yeah I think I lost this application fee and need to re-apply again. I do wonder about this Non Domicile status and also being a company owner (shareholder and director only) not an employee of a mobile app developer company. Would that still count?

So being a shareholder and director of your own company doesn't count as a remote worker? I'm doing mobile apps, I'm a developer myself, it's just that I'm not hired as an employee neither as a freelancer. Would that be a solution to hire myself as a freelance developer at my company?
