Has anyone contacted or gone to CW immigration about "under consideration" stamps? What was the result? I am having a hard time getting through on the phone. Thank you.

Im on the same situation but icannot go to immigration because my town is lockdown and hard to get on phone

and what immigration do you use? What town are you in?

With passport ID and proof of resident address you can go to Thai Immigration.

You are not in the same situation as Bangkok is not in lockdown

GO out there on the date on the under consideration stamp and get the "loop closed" on the pending extension so you have an 'extension of stay stamp" rather than the "under consideration stamp.
