Hope against hope - maybe Immigration is going to get more reasonable about the Extension of Stay - streaming lining and costs

It's simply stopping shadiness where people don't want to go to immigration.

well. let's not go overboard
@Sha***
, there is no shadiness involved when the consulate was issuing those visas. It's just a policy change is all.

Many MANY people prefer year-long, mulit-entry Non-B or Non-O visas rather than going to the immigration office for a yearly extension.
