Anyone having trouble with the online TM47 (90 day reporting) site (at [members only])​?

I have been using it for the past year, no problems, always approved by the next day. But this time was rejected couple of times. Had to go do it in person in the end.

Hi. Anyone currently experiencing issues with the online 90 day report? I'm in the right time window, have always reported online succesfully before, no change in circumstances etc. Tried 3 different browsers (with and without flight number) and can't get past the first page. Thanks in advance!

I've some problem with my online 90 days report. It's my 2nd one and I wanted to do it online to avoid going to immigration....I filled up everything correctly, submitted it but then nothing happened, it just put me back on the same page... I tried with my old passport number (as I changed passport since I entered Thailand for the last time), same, nothing happened... My friend had no problem doing it, but nothing for me. He also tried with my details, nothing...

Any idea why is that so?
