Anyone having trouble with the online TM47 (90 day reporting) site (at [members only])โ€‹?

I have been using it for the past year, no problems, always approved by the next day. But this time was rejected couple of times. Had to go do it in person in the end.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expresses frustration about their online TM47 (90 day reporting) submission being rejected after a year of successful use. Despite multiple attempts, the rejections occurred without clear reasons from the Immigration Office, leading the user to complete the process in person. The discussion highlights varying experiences among commentators, some reporting no issues with online submissions, while others mention potential technical problems with the site or complications related to the TM30 form.

I just read in another Thai Visa group about the same problem, the immigration there told then the online site has a computer problem ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Have you perhaps been travelling and spending a night somewhere (guest house, hotel) ? where they made TM30 for you and this remains as address until you do another TM30 at return to your home adress.

I've never had a problem until this month's report and it got rejected twice. The Immigration Officer even commented that she could see I'd submitted on-line and couldn't advise what the problem was

Did you ask them why it was rejected when you went?

I tried, but couldn't quite understand the reply (my Thai isn't quite good), I only got that they said to come back to do it in person next time. BTW, it's a remote immigration office - rural part of Kanchanaburi.
